Christopher Downing is a Associate Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in 2015 from Virginia Tech. His courses are centered around using data to inform and develop organizations. His research interests relate to the organizational safety, training, and productivity of employees in the workplace, along with examining the behavioral impact of various personality characteristics.
