Job Summary: NCTRU provides rapid technical support and exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, and students who are located at ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Health Sciences and Business Administration Building (across from South Georgia Medical Center). This position helps with troubleshooting and/or installation of various software and office/classroom equipment (computers, projectors, audio equipment, etc.) among other tasks. On-the-job training is provided for students of all levels of experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a current ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø student who is enrolled for 6 credit hours or more
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA

Title: IT Communications & Support - Administrative Graduate Assistant
Term: Fall 2025 - Spring 2026
Semester Pay: 19 hours per week / $3000 per semester and Tuition Waiver
 
DescriptionThis on-site position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional communications, training, and IT support within an academic environment.
